Terra Pacific Incorporated has its roots in 1967, and has been under consistent management since then. We began by building single-family homes in Fargo, ND and eventually expanded our product line as well as our geographic footprint. Today, Terra Pacific Incorporated is a multifamily and light-commercial general contractor with projects in the northern Great Plains, intermountain West, and Pacific Northwest. We have built about a thousand single-family homes and nearly four thousand apartments.

• No Excessive Change-Order Markups—So many of our competitors rely on change orders to make their money. They'll submit a low bid up front and then hit you with inflated change orders once the job is under way. Not us. If a change order is required, we treat it like the rest of the job costs.
